The new phone battery shows full charge just after10-15 minutes, why?

As the wireless phone battery being charged for the first time, the charging cradle may indicate that charging is complete after just 10-15 minutes. This is normal with rechargeable batteries especially if it is a brand new battery. New batteries are more difficult to charge because they have not been ‘broken in’. The Research In Motion (RIM) BlackBerry Curve has outsold the Apple iPhone in the Q1 2009, according to NPD figures.
