iPhone OS 3.1update was released earlier this month.Although it has increased some functions to iPhone,recently, many users still find a side effect: battery life is ability to reduce.
Some complaints from users to Apple’s offical after iPhone OS 3.1 installed. There is a noticeable decline in battery life. Now , Apple has begun to investigate it.
The company’s customer care department’s recent initiative to telephone contact with these users, asked them 11 questions about the use habit, including WiFi, Email, Bluetooth as well as the App Store software. It is hoped that find reasons why decline in battery life.
In addition, Apple also offers these users iPhone settings file called “Battery Life Logging”. It can use in real-time record of the battery power status, and synchronize preserved in your phone while users installing the file. Users need to send these files to Apple for analysis.
