Dell Studio1458 features a 14-inch TFT WXGA LED screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and at the resolution of 1366×768 pixels. 1366×768 pixels resolution can satisfy most users’ need, and the higher its resolution is, the smaller its words on screen are. The layout of Studio1458 is a little traditional and simple, there are not so much shortcut keys and there is nothing on the keyboard bezel but speakers. The touchpad is a little traditional, it has a matte finish. So it is comfortable for you to touch.

On the left side of Dell Studio1458, there is a USB port, e-SATA port, VGA port, HDMI port, Network port, card reader and Express Card. The e-SATA port can be used as USB port too.

On the right side of Studio1458, there are two audio jacks, so it is possible for you and your friend share the sound at the same time. The design is very funny and good. Besides, the optical drive also makes users use easily.

We test Dell Studio1458 with 3DMark Vantage, from the result we can know that it comes with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 graphics, which is a primary product so that this graphics card may be unable to meet the needs of gamers, but can meet the daily work need.

We all test Studio1458 with PCMark Vantage; we get a wonderful score of 5808. While the Studio1458 doesn’t support dual graphics card, it will be available with dual graphics card in June, 2010.
